"Fats Domino"

The only individual in history to have (technically) won 2 National Medals of Arts. It was originally bestowed to him in 1998 by President Bill Clinton but it was lost when his home flooded during Hurricane Katrina in August 2005. He was given a replacement by then-president President George W. Bush on August 29th, 2006.
